Installing Encompass

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. In the address bar type: http://www.elliemae.com/getencompass360
3. An automatic download will start within 5-20 seconds. Run smartclient.exe once the download is finished.
5. SmartClient setup will start asking if you want to install Encompass360 Prerequisite. Click install.
6. SmartClient Installation Manager will start downloading and installing files.
7. Once the installation is complete, the Encompass360 installation manager will pop up asking to close all other applications and run the install process. Click Next.
8. The Installation manager will start and require you to run through the following series of installs for necessary components for Encompass360:

Windows Installer 3.1+
Microsoft .NET Framework 4
Visual C++ 2005 SP1
Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3.3+
Amyuni PDF Converter
Encompass Document Converter
Encompass eFolder
SmartcClient Core
Encompass360 SmartClient

9. Once These Installs are complete, click on the Encompass Icon.
10. When the Encompass360 Launcher pops up, in the SmartClient ID, enter BE11125393 and click Login.
11. Encompass will download any updates needed and launch the encompass login interface.
